Policy and Priorities

THAT the agenda for the March 19th, 2018 regular meeting of Policy & Priorities Committee be adopted as circulated.

THAT Policy & Priorities Committee receive Policy No. S203-04 - Records Management; and THAT the Committee recommend that Council approve the amendment to Policy No. S203-04, as presented.

THAT the Policy and Priorities Committee receives the Security Deposits Policy; and THAT the Committee recommends that Council approve the Security Deposits Policy, attached hereto as Appendix A, as presented.

THAT the Policy and Priorities Committee receive this report on the review of the Community Improvement Program and Funding; and THAT Committee recommends that Council approve the following, as presented: 1. The reserve for the CIP Program be increased by $85,000 in 2018, $95,000 in 2019 and $55,000 2020 onward 2. The CIP Programs be suspended for two years 3. The Commercial Building Improvement Loan, the Public Art Grant and Planning Fees Grant be removed from the list of approved programs.
