BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Chief Administrative Officer be and is hereby authorized to undertake the directions provided during the In Camera meeting of January 14th, 2019, as follows: The Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to instruct staff to award the Strategic Plan Consulting Services, File 2018-CS- 19 to "AtFocus", and to make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the 2019 Strategic Planning session at the earliest opportunity.
