Special Meeting of Council

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the July 25, 2018 Special Meeting of Council be adopted as circulated.

THAT the resolution be amended by replacing the second paragraph to direct staff to carry on with the design of the Poth Street culvert replacement, and report back to the next meeting of Council to provide information about how to finance the project in 2018 if we are able to proceed.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receive the Poth Street, Structure No. 4 Culvert Replacement Cost Estimate for information; and THAT Staff be directed to continue with the design of the Poth Street culvert replacement, and report back to the next meeting of council to provide information about how to finance the project in 2018 if we are able to proceed.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the next portion of the meeting be closed to the public in order to consider the following: Item under Section 239(2)(e) - litigation or potential litigation and 239(2)(f) advice subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (1 item) Item under Section 239(2)(c) proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of property (various) Item under Section 239(2)(c) proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of property (File L07-2018-04-S)

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council adjourn the In Camera Session and that Council do now Rise With Report.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Chief Administrative Officer and legal counsel be and is hereby authorized to undertake the directions provided during the In Camera meeting of July 25, 2018.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following By-law be read a first, second and third time and passed: Being a By-law No. 4027(2018) to Adopt, Ratify and Confirm the proceedings of Council of the Town of Pelham at its Special Meeting held on the 25th day of July, 2018.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Regular Meeting of July 25, 2018 be adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for August 20, 2018 at 6:30 pm.
