Special Meeting of Council

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the June 18, 2018 Special Meeting of Council be adopted as circulated.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the next portion of the meeting be closed to the public in order to consider the following: 1. Section 239(2)(c) Proposed or pending disposition of land by the municipality -Various Items: L07-2018-03-S and L07- 2017-06-S; L07-2018-04-S 2. Section 239(2)(d) Labour relations or employee negotiations

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the In Camera meeting be recessed, to be reconvened following the Policy and Priorities Committee meeting later this evening.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the In Camera Meeting do now reconvene, and that Council resume the meeting in closed session pursuant to the previously adopted resolution.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council adjourn the In Camera Session and that Council do now Rise With Report

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff and the Mayor be and are hereby authorized to undertake the directions provided during the In Camera meeting of June 18, 2018.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following By-law be read a first, second and third time and passed: Being a By-law No. 4016 (2018) to Adopt, Ratify and Confirm the proceedings of Council of the Town of Pelham at its Special Meeting held on the 18th day of June, 2018.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Special Meeting of June 18, 2018 be adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for July 16, 2018 at 6:30 pm.
