Special Meeting of Council

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the October 3rd, 2016 special meeting of Council be adopted as circulated.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the next portion of the meeting be closed to the public in order to consider the following: 1. Item under Section 239(2)(d) - labour relations or employee negotiations (1 item); 2. Item under Section 239(2)(b) - personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (1 item).

THAT Council adjourn the In Camera Session and that Council do now Rise With Report.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Chief Administrative Officer be and is hereby authorized to undertake the directions provided during the In Camera meeting of October 3, 2016 relating to item #1, as amended.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Appointment to the Pelham Public Library Board be approved for the remainder of the Term of Council, as per the tabulated voting record appended hereto, by hereby approving the appointment of Anne Marie Cargnelli; and THAT the Clerk be directed to prepare the necessary by-law for consideration at the next regular meeting of Council; and THAT the successful applicant and the Library Board be so advised.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following By-law be read a first, second and third time and passed: Being a By-law No. 3795(2016) to Adopt, Ratify and Confirm the proceedings of Council of the Town of Pelham at its Special Meeting held on the 3rd day of October, 2016.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Special Meeting of Council be adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for this evening, Monday, October 3rd, 2016 at 6:30 pm.
