By-law No. 3829(2017) - Being a By-law to authorize exemptions for the Commercial Development known as FONTHILL GARDENS INC. 130 Hwy 20 East Fonthill from sections of the Sign By-law 3310(2012)

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a contribution agreement for funding under the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program for the Rehabilitation of Marlene Steward Streit Park Pool, 55 Park Lane, Fonthill, to improve safety and increase accessibility for patrons, with the Feddev Ontario contribution amount of $69,900.
