THAT the agenda for the September 5th, 2017 regular meeting of Committee of the Whole be adopted as amended, noting that Item 4.5.1 was

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5, 2017 Community Planning & Development Monthly Report, for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5, 2017 Corporate Services Monthly Report, for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5, 2017 Fire & By-law Services Monthly Report ,for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5, 2017 Human Resources Monthly Report, for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5, 2017 Public Works Monthly Report, for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5, 2017 Recreation, Culture & Wellness Monthly Report, for information.

THAT Committee receive the 2018-2022 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan Report; and THAT Committee recommend that Council approve the 2018-2022 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan as prepared by the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, appended hereto as Appendix A; and THAT The Clerk be directed to post the Plan on the Town’s website; and THAT Committee recommends that Council approve the Proposal to Coordinate AODA Compliance for 2018-2020, The Herrington Group Ltd., at a cost of $10,000 per year.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5, 2017 Clerk's Department Monthly Report, for information; and THAT Committee endorse the proposed 2018 Council and Committee Schedule, for approval by Council at the next regular meeting.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the September 5th, 2017 Chief Administrative Officer's Monthly Report, for information.

THAT this Regular Meeting of Committee be adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for September 18, 2017 following Council.
