Special Committee of the Whole

THAT the agenda for the December 12, 2016 special meeting of Committee of the Whole be adopted as circulated.

THAT, Committee of the Whole receive this Department of Community Planning and Development report for information as it pertains to application File No. 26T19- 01016 regarding Part of Twp. Lots 166 and 167 (Summersides Boulevard); AND THAT, Committee direct Planning staff to prepare the Recommendation Report on this topic for Committee’s consideration.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the presentation by Upper Canada Consultants regarding the improvements to Rice Road Regional Road 54; AND THAT Planning staff be directed to prepare a recommendation report.
