BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the November 29, 2017 Special Meeting of Council be adopted as circulated.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the presentation materials provided by KPMG and Town Treasurer, T. Quinlin be received and posted; and THAT By-law 3940(2017) to confirm the proceedings of Council at the November 27, 2017 special meeting be passed; and THAT the Special meeting of November 29th, 2017 be and is hereby adjourned.
