Special Committee of the Whole

THAT the agenda for the April 3, 2018, 2018 regular meeting of Committee be adopted as circulated.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive this Department of Community Planning and Development report for information as it pertains to File No. 26T19-02014 regarding Phase 1 of the Saffron Meadows Subdivision; AND THAT, Committee recommend that Council approve the by-law, attached hereto as Appendix A, subject to final approval of engineering submissions, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the subdivision agreement between the Town of Pelham and Hert Inc. for Phase 1 of the Saffron Meadows Subdivision.

THAT Committee receive this Department of Community Planning and Development Report for information as it pertains to application File No. SP- 11-17, located on the southwest corner of Rice and Port Robinson Roads; AND THAT Council approve the By-law, attached hereto as Appendix 1, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a site plan agreement between the Town of Pelham and Grey Forest Homes.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the Community Planning and Development March, 2018 Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the March, 2018 Corporate Services Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the March, 2018 Fire and By-law Services Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the March, 2018 Human Resources Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the March, 2018 Public Works Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the March, 2018 Recreation, Culture and Wellness Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the 2018 Election Sign By-law Report; and THAT Committee recommends that Council enact the Election Sign By-law hereto appended, at their next regular meeting scheduled for April 16, 2018.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the March, 2018 Clerk's Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the March, 2018 Chief Administrative Officer's Report for information.

THAT this Regular Meeting of Committee be adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for Monday, April 16, 2018 following Council.
