THAT COMMITTEE RECOMMEND THAT Council receive the concept sheet proposed 2019 Municipal Grant Allocations; AND THAT Council approve the 2019 Grant allocations of $16,995 waived facility fees plus $8,500 cash allocations for a total of $25,495, and THAT the in kind requests total $14,585, as outlined in the 2019 Municipal Grant allocations Summary, be approved.

THAT Committee receive the presentation from the Treasurer/Director of Corporate Services regarding the 2019 Operating Budget; and THAT the 2019 Operating Budget as amended with an overall 2019 increase of 7.12% after growth, be recommended for Council approval at their next regular meeting, scheduled for March 18, 2019; and THAT the Library budget be held to the 2018 budget level; and THAT the Clerk be directed to prepare the necessary Budget Approval by-laws.
