Special Meeting of Council

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the October 31, 2016 Special Meeting of Council be adopted as circulated.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Town of Pelham, having given due consideration to the following By-laws do now read a first, second and third time and do pass same, and THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign and seal the by-laws: 1. By-law #3801(2016) - Being a by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an agreement with Fonthill Gardens Inc. regarding the burying of hydro services, hydro transmission lines, and all other utilities along Regional Road No. 20 (East Fonthill Development). 2. By-law #3802(2016) - Being a by-law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an agreement with Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs under the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund – Formula Based Component.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the weighted criteria be amended by adding "Special Community Request" in place of "Wanted by the Community".

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives and approves the weighted criteria for the 2017 Capital Projects Budget; AND THAT the weighted criteria be amended by adding "Special Community Request" in place of "Wanted by the Community".

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following By-law be read a first, second and third time and passed: Being a By-law No. 3804(2016) to Adopt, Ratify and Confirm the proceedings of Council of the Town of Pelham at its Special Meeting held on the 31st day of October, 2016.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Special Meeting of Council be adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for November 7th, 2016 at 6:30 pm.
