Special Committee of the Whole

THAT the agenda for the October 23, 2017 special meeting of Committee of the Whole be adopted.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive for information the 2018 Budget materials presented by Teresa Quinlin, Treasurer.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive and refer to staff the correspondence from the Fonthill Bandshell Concert Committee outlining their 2018 Budget Requests, to be included in the 2018 Budget for consideration by Council.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive and refer to staff the correspondence from the Fonthill Lions Club Inc. to be included in the 2018 Budget Requests for consideration by Council.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive and refer to staff the correspondence from the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 613, to be included in the 2018 Budget Requests for consideration by Council.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive and refer to staff the correspondence from the North Pelham Youth Association, to be included in the 2018 Budget Requests for consideration by Council.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive and refer to staff the items of correspondence included on the October 23, 2017 Addendum Agenda, as follows: 1. P. Diamond re Sulphur Springs Drive 2. J. Addario re Bicycle Route 3. L and T. Mortimer re roads repair; pool and parkland 4. John Abbott, lighting, shrubbery on Pickwick Place 5. Pelham Minor Baseball, capital items

THAT this Special Meeting of Committee of the Whole be adjourned until the next special committee meeting scheduled for Monday, October 30, 2017.
