Policy and Priorities

HAT the agenda for the February 20th, 2018 regular meeting of Policy and Priorities Committee be adopted as circulated.

THAT Policy and Priorities Committee receive the Public Works Report ‘Annual Drinking Water Inspection Results’, for information.

THAT Policy and Priorities Committee receive the Public Works report, “Facility Allocation Policy”; and THAT Policy and Priorities Committee recommend the Facility Allocation Policy, to Council, for approval.

THAT Policy and Priorities Committee receive the Human Resources report, "How Might We provide Town staff with an innovative vacation program that rewards staff while being fiscally responsible", for review; and THAT Policy and Priorities Committee recommends that Council approves Policy S301-22, 'Vacation'.

THAT the Policy and Priorities committee recommend that Council adopted the 2018 User Fees and Charges; and THAT the necessary By-law be prepared for consideration at the next regular meeting.
