Public Meeting Under the Planning Act

THAT the agenda for the July 3, 2018 Public Meeting Under the Planning Act, Special Meeting of Committee of the Whole be adopted as circulated.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive this Department of Community Planning and Development Report for information as it pertains to File Nos. AM-02-18 and 26CD19-02018 regarding 190 Canboro Road; AND THAT Committee direct Planning staff to prepare the Recommendation Report on these applications for consideration.

THAT Committee receive the presentation and information provided by Mr. B. Gibson regarding the 190 Canboro Road development files AM-02-18 and 26CD19-02018 for information; and THAT the presentation be

THAT, Committee receives this Department of Community Planning and Development report for information as it pertains to File Nos. 26T19-012018 and AM-03-18 relating to River Estates Phase 2 Draft Plan of Subdivision; AND THAT, Committee directs Planning staff to prepare the Recommendation Report on this topic for Council’s consideration.

THAT Committee receives this Department of Community Planning and Development Report for information as it pertains to application File No. AM-05-18 and 26CD19- 03018 – 100 Welland Road; AND THAT, Committee direct Planning staff to prepare the Recommendation Report on both the rezoning and Draft Plan of Condominium applications for consideration.

THAT this Special Committee of the Whole, Public Meeting Under the Planning Act, be adjourned until the next Public Meeting scheduled for August 7, 2018.
