THAT Committee of the Whole receive the Community Planning and Development May 2019 Report for information.

THAT Committee recommend that Council receive the 2018 Year-end Reserve Balances report, for information.

THAT Committee recommend that Council receive the 2018 Building Department year-end results, for information.

THAT the Committee of the Whole receive the staff report entitled Council Policy – Strategic Asset Management Policy; and THAT Committee recommend that Council approve the policy at their next regular meeting.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the Corporate Services May 2019 Report for information.

THAT committee of the Whole receive the Fire and By-law Services May 2019 Report for information.

THAT Committee recommend that Council receive the Report entitled Niagara Adapts – Partnership with Brock University for information purposes.

THAT Committee recommend that Council receive the Report entitled Additional Funding for Hydrogeological Studies Budget Needs – Foss Road Sanitary Sewer Replacement; and THAT Council APPROVE the additional funds required to fund the additional costs associated with the sanitary sewer design and replacement project from the Wastewater Reserve.

THAT Staff be directed to establish a report on Invasive Species and recommend a policy for Committee's consideration.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the Recreation, Culture and Wellness May 2019 Report for information.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the Town of Pelham Communications Plan, 2019-2022 Report; and THAT Committee recommend that Council ADOPT the Plan which is an important tool to implement the Town’s Strategic Plan.

THAT Committee of the Whole receive the Update to Council Report Template information; and THAT Committee recommend to Council that the 2019 Council Report Template be APPROVED and IMPLEMENTED for all Council reports, beginning June 17, 2019.
