BE IT RESOLVED THAT Colliers International be named as the successful Real Estate Brokerage firm for the marketing and sale of Town-owned lands in East Fonthill; and THAT staff be directed to work with this company to finalize the sale of lands within the East Fonthill development area in accordance with the Town's legislative requirements and BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Chief Administrative Officer be and is hereby authorized to undertake the directions provided during the In Camera meeting of September 11, 2017.
