BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the February 20, 2018 Special Meeting of Council be adopted as circulated.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the next portion of the meeting be closed to the public in order to consider a matter under Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, as follows: Section 239(2)(c) - proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality (File L07-2017-06-S); Section 239(2)(f) - advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; Section 239(2)(i) - financial information supplied in confidence to the municipality which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to interfere significantly with negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
