THAT Committee receive the 2023 Water and Wastewater Budget presentation by the Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer, for information; AND THAT Committee recommend to Council to approve the 2023 Water and Wastewater Budget, including an increase in the Water rate of 6.5% and the Wastewater rate by 9.5% at their meeting scheduled for February 21st, 2023.
